If you don’t love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your Vivian Nail Supply products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days of receipt. All that we ask is for you to return the item in its original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.
Only items purchased on Vivian Nail Supply will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.

A $6.99 processing fee applies for all international returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
STEP 3
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to Vivian Nail Supply. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving your package.
- The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
- FINAL SALE: Any piece marked as ‘final sale’ is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
